How does time relate to karma?

A man staring at a clock wondering when will his good karma kick in

Time and karmic reactions are intertwined. Just as time comes and goes without expecting anyone, similarly, reactions are what needs to happen at that particular moment. If throwing a stone in the sky is our action, then the stone will return to the earth naturally. Just as we accept it, karmic reactions are the reactions of our actions. These come and go, we should stay away from them and enjoy them without any attachment, sorrow or joy. This is the lotus leaf water. The feelings or thoughts we show on the reactions of life will create new reactions. To resolve it, we have to take rebirth. Our entire life is caused by reactions. We should do our duty responsibly and correctly, but we should stay away from them and do it intelligently. It is our duty to ensure that new reactions do not occur.

To practically apply this in our daily life:- Good deeds are the key Time is the silent witness to all that unfolds. It heals wounds, reveals truths, and brings every action to its result. Karma is the law that governs these results — every thought, word, and deed sets a cause into motion, and in time, its effect returns to us.

When we align our actions with dharma (righteousness), time becomes our ally, carrying us forward with grace. But when we act out of ignorance or selfishness, time reminds us of our lessons through karmic consequences.

Together, time and karma teach us patience, responsibility, and the power of conscious living.
